A great read

I just finished the book “Moral Ground: Ethical Action for a Planet in Peril” which is a series of essays by world leaders, scientists, etc. on what our world has become – basically consumer and instant gratification driven , and its future (at times dubious.) It is an interesting read and I highly recommend it.

A flock of chickadees is silently going through my backyard, flitting here and there. Read this book because I want to keep those chickadees around for future generations.

Barbara Haworth-Attard is a native of Elmira, Ontario, Canada presently residing in London, Ontario Canada with her family. June 1995 saw the publication of her first junior novel, Dark of the Moon. Since then she has written sixteen novels in the historical fiction, fantasy, contemporary and mystery genres for middle-grade and young adult readers.
